When Christopher came on Sept. 18th to repair the washing machine, one of the parts had not come in. He called around n tracked down where it was, made sure it would be delivered by the next day and said he would be back. He was a man of his word. Stayed for hours, replacing parts, cleaning up the debris inside the drum and made sure it was working before he left. I had been having problems with my washer since mid July so I was very happy to finally have it repaired. There was a long delay in procuring parts which was the fault of the company, not the repairman. I appreciated Christopher.
