Eduardo, although unable to make the repair, did all he could do to get me back up and running. Unfortunately, it was a bigger problem than originally diagnosed and resulted in the need to replace my washing machine. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the problem and explained to me what the problem was and what was being done to repair it. He made a repair very quickly, but, unfortunately, it turned out to be a bigger issue. He kept me informed all throughout the process and was happy to answer any questions I had.
