Great technician. Even with his regular truck in the shop for a transmission he was able to bring enough parts to fix our dryer and get back to normal. I must admit that I did try Angies list. They responded with a non native English speaker call from a room full of people speaking so loudly that I could hardly understand the representative. The cost quoted justto show up was so outrageous that I terminated the conversation. I will never ever make that mistake again.

Our repairman was amazing and he tried everything he could to save our washer. Unfortunately it was in beyond repair. Because of Vincente we won't hesitate to try home repair in the future.

Matt was very good and knowledgeable but your service department is a joke your parts department is the same. Not please with sears at all. Parts did not show in timely manner and it took 3 months to fix my washer

Very knowledgeable on replacement of oven glass, service guy took extra time to clean oven glass! I would like to have him every time for my service. Hopefully nothing else breaks but I will rate serve guy a 10 Great Job 👏🏻
