The technician came right on time as scheduled. He looked at the dryer, ran a diagnostic and replaced the fuse. He also checked all of the connections as well as the exhaust tubbing on the dryer. A Job well done!

Walter called ahead of time, he was prompt and very professional. All the emails and text messages from sears indicated a time frame of 8 to noon. We wish that had been the case as we needed to rearrange schedules.

Share was very patient when my credit card company blocked my card for possible fraud. I had to call the company to confirm the charge to get the card unlocked. Very professional employee! You're lucky to have him.
