Vent to dryer
Joshua assessed and corrected the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He also explained the importance of clearing the external vent to insure dryer works to full potential. Based on that conversation, I had that done. My thanks to Joshua

My technician was great. But Sears customer service is awful! Their automated service system is terrible. Won't let you speak to any type of manager. Just stuck with the call center reading their script!
