Logan did a great job in completing this repair. Very helpful. However, four technicians came out before him and never finished the job. The "final" appointment was scheduled on a Saturday but no one ever showed up or contacted me. Logan came out the following Monday and finished the job. Original claim was filed 8/10 and not completed until 9/23. Five stars for Logan but Zero stars for Cinch/Sears.

He did fine he fixed it. I want to cancel my home warranty immediately. I've been trying to get my refrigerator fixed since Last February. It's almost October and it just got fixed. Whenever I called I was on hold a long time only to find out I had to be transferred to another department, where I was on hold for another long time. I had people come out to fix it but some came and didn't do anything because it said I was paying myself. I had the warranty and was not going to pay. Then I had people come and said I need more parts then there were the numerous appointments that were no shows. This is a disgrace that you actually use the name sears in your warranty. Sears was a respected store before. I will not be using this warranty anymore I want to cancel immediately. I know I can get a home warrant service that actually know what they're doing.

Bruce was patient and thorough in completing the dishwasher pump/motor. We really appreciate his good, clean work. The installer (? Years ago - a model number search did not get a manufacture date) had shoe-horned the dishwasher into the cabinet, so Bruce had to finagle it out and back again. The dishwasher sounded as good as new after the replacement. Thank you Bruce!!

When I called my warranty company to report that my refrigerator stopped working, a repair man was sent out from a different company but was not able to fix it. Orett was sent from Sears two days later and went above and beyond to call around until he found the part that was needed and had someone deliver it to me. Once I received the part that was ordered, he came back to install it. I give him 5 stars! He's the best!

Junny was absolutely fantastic, I was his first stop . He was friendly, courteous, put booties on , cleaned up after himself. I was hesitant to call sears at first however I'm glad I did,Thank you Junny you rock!!
