Davin was honest, efficient, and had my best interest at heart when completing my service. I have been without a refrigerator for nearly a month with no resolution, and subpar service prior to his diagnosis. Finally, I was granted a replacement refrigerator!

Alex was a solid technician. My issue with the process is that it was scheduled for a date and then it was delayed several times at the last minute. No one can takeoff a full day just to repair a washing machine. Additionally, I just got a call today that said they're expected to come over tomorrow, which is not accurate because I believe the job was completed today. The system is broken and does not consider the client.

The board that runs the driver was fried and they don't make it any more there was nothing he could do. So that left me finding a new dryer to replace the one that is useless. No more Sears products as there are no more Sears Stores. End of message.
