We are so pleased with the work Timothy did. We had had another company out quite some time ago. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and when they left our broiler still wasn't working. Timothy fix the broiler and also took care or something else that would have required repair in the future. This is our second experience with Sears and both have been excellent.

Domingo was very pleasant to deal with in the fixing of my refrigerator. I received email alerts and he called to confirm and I appreciate communication especially with a window of 8-5 to make sure I'm not wasting my time sitting home and no one shows. Thank you for being a pleasant repair man.
