Our tech was very thorough and ensured everything was working properly on our dishwasher before he left. The first technician diagnosed a bad sensor and water pump and ordered the parts. Harold determined that the sensor was fine and left it alone. The first technician also left dirty water standing in the dishwasher so we had to clean it out ourselves so it wouldn't start smelling.
