I was little doubtful about home warranty services, but Sears is great. Chuck came to my house on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He changed the hanging rods of my washer in 10 minutes and fixed the washing machine issue. I tried to give him tip and he said they don't accept tips. The whole experience was great and highly recommend Sears Home Services.

I've worked with Mike and other techs from Sears before, which is why I called them again when my fridge/freezer went out. He was on time, provided great communication, and had the appliance working again pronto. Mike also diagnosed a leak that we hadn't known about.
