Darrell does his job. He is not talkative. He's always punctual. He tends to do a good job, I just like technicians who talk. Previously all technicians were open and friendly.

Our Sears repairman, Manuel, arrived on time to diagnose / fix our washing machine. He was friendly, professional and knowlegeable. He fixed our washing machine rapidly, and was "up front" about the cost which we appreciated. In short, we were very pleased by Manuel and the entire visit. We would definitely recommend him as a repairman to others.
