Robert, who introduced himself as Bobby, is very much a gentleman. It is easy to see why you hired such a thoughtful and professional employee. He discovered the issue within 30 seconds of seeing the dishwasher, and instructed my wife about the lock feature, which we had never encountered during the entire years that we've had this machine. He told us that major power outages could cause this, and he proceeded to show us how this can be mitigated. We are a bit elderly (73 and 76) and he was very kind and respectful. Thank you for sending Bobby!!!
