As the required parts are nomore sold by the manufacturer or other vendors, he shown some tricks to use the fridge until we buy a new one. Provided replacement part no. if we can find it anywhere like junk part sellers.

There is a communication problem with this company. we waited from July to Oct. for service, when part came in July. However, when Raymond , our tech.,got word to come, he did so straightaway & installed part, and fixed problem!

Repair person was courteous and replaced the part sent. Problem is the correction STOPPED within 24 hours. We have reverted to the same problem originally reported. In my opinion, this repair has been hampered with wrong parts, not reading these reports and scheduling. I will report again.
