Washing Machine balance problem
John was very helpful and thorough with explaining what problem was. Took the time to show everything he was looking for and how to adjust in the future. We definitely have John back in the future if anything would go wrong. We appreciate his time and his professionalism.

Brian came to our home to repair a broke dryer. Although I know what the issue was he took the time and care to diagnose the issue with the dryer. He was professional, thorough and real easy to get along with. Fortunately he had the part required to address and repair the dryer with him. Brian and Sears Home Services has our highest recommendation and ill use them again if any need arises.

Eliseu was very professional. He called a half an hour before he came and helped us start our range after a flood. He waited until he was certain that everything worked and made sure we would not have any problems with the stove or the oven. I highly recommend Eliseu.
