Artez did a great job at identifying the problem and fixing it. He even went to the shop to et an extra part that was needed. I am very happy that I can use my washer again after waiting for over a week for repairs.

Nasser was professional, knowledgeable and had a good personality. He took the time to explain what was wrong with microwave and how he was going to fix the problem. I have learned not to always expect a first class repair company but Sears and Nasser changed that for the better. Repair parts were ordered an when they arrived early I was given a choice to have repairs performed earlier which I did. Job done right, Thanks!
