Dyrer heating element replacement.
Jeffery arrived on-time. After diagnosing the problem, he presented an estimate. When the dyer was repaired Jeffery cleaned up the repair site and dyer was clean and working properly.

I was happy with the man who serviced our washing machine. However the Sears automated service system left a lot to be desired. When the needed parts arrived, I called and received an appointment for Monday then I received an automated notice that the appointment was changed. I tried to call and your automated system would not put me in touch with a human who would give me an answer. Not good customer relations.
