Cody knew right away what was wrong with our microwave. He would have to send the results to our Protection Plan to see what they would do. If they approved the repair he would order the part; if they didn't approve the repair they would contact us for further assessment. Cody texted us back to let us know the outcome, and what to do from there. We appreciated him keeping us informed and be honest with everything. Highly recommend him for any repairs! Thank you Cody!

Johnathan, came out due to the loud noise my dryer made on start up (sounded like shoes were in the dryer) he checked everything out, because the noise dissipated over time, felt noise caused by a flat spot on the roller. I appreciate his thorough review of my machine.
