We had an EXCELLENT experience with SEARS Home Service and especially Isiah. He came during the time window, inspected our range in an efficient and knowledgeable manner, was SUPER honest about what needed to be done and took time to answer our questions. Alphonso was very punctual, professional and courteous. He enlightened us on several different aspects of our oven. He had the necessary parts to complete the repair job. We very satisfied with the service he provided. We'd like to have him as our permanent technician on future issues.

He was very friendly, professional and respectful. I do appreciate him showing us he was concermed about our pets safety we had to only say one time please don't let him out something might happen to him. We live in the woods. At this time his work is great and he stayed on top of it to make sure we got it fixed in a timely manner so there wouldn"t be such a inconvience to us. I blieve it's going to work. 1 of 2 parts arrived with second part already three weeks past delivery date. Tech had spare part and fixed dryer. Dryer knowledge was great as he knew exactly how to disassemble unit to replace new parts.
