Working with David was a breath of fresh air! He was so kind, thorough, explained things in a way I could understand them, and got right to the bottom of my issue. You could tell he was experienced, knowledgeable, and an expert in his specialty. He coordinated with my home warranty company while on site and ensured I had a resolution before leaving. Prior to working with David at Sears, I had been working with another repair company. They had not been apple to help me with a resolution after multiple repairs over the course of 15 weeks. I repeatedly got the run around from the repair company and the warranty company. I felt like I was stuck in the middle with no hope of a resolution. I had been going to the laundromat for over 15 weeks! David immediately cut me out as the middle man and took amazing care of me! I will gladly give him 5/5 stars and will 💯 be using Sears Appliance Repair Service in the future!
