Phenomenal service!
Mike came exactly on time. He was very pleasant , extremely knowledgeable and answered all our concerns. He explained the issue we were dealing with and dealt with it accordingly. It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this technician.

Alex is excellent at his job and he has been a book. The best thing about dealing with Sears home service. However, there is a big disconnect In the communications to the customers, I realize Richard is a virtual assistant, and I'm guessing other communications that I received throughout this whole process via text, emails, etc. we're Somehow related to AI. Alex gets a 5+ plus from me
