Gordon has fixed our washer twice now and both times he was quick to diagnose the problem and get whatever parts we needed ordered. As soon as the parts arrived, he was there to replace them within a day. He is efficient and clean also! Very happy with his service.

The repair man was very knowledgeable. He let us know what was going on. He let us know what the first repair company didn't do when they were making the repairs on the fridge for the first time and he also recommended that we just replaced the fridge which is a great service man he's not trying to make money. He's not trying to throw money Into a money pit. He's trying to do his job correctly. Give the correct information. I can appreciate that.
