Bobby was very professional. It didn't take long for him to find the issue. Rather then spend that much to have it fixed or buy a new one. We had a sister in law give us a really nice big one they needed to get out of the way. Bobby was amazing and very professional. Thank you

Appointment was in time frame stated. Conrad was amiable and solve the problem with the washer which he recalibrated and stated nothing else was wrong with the washer. Happy with service and was glad I didn"t have a big repair bill. Would call Sears Home Services again but hope it won"t be for a long while!

Shane's was very thorough with his work on my dryer. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to repair the dryer. He was exceptionally clean with the work. He made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would consider him a master technician. I would definitely ask for Shane if you need work done.
