I think Luis was among the better techs that have been to my home. But if I had been able to speak to a HUMAN to explain my exact problem the job could have been completed in 2 visits (since parts had to be ordered) instead of 4.

The work was excellent. So far washer is performing as it should. Stacey was here as promised and completed all work. His efforts to help and understand our needs beyond professional. Would recommend his services any time. To bad you folks can't train more service personnel with his experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the service schedule of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. But Jim called when he was on his way, and the service was very professional. Had my dishwasher repaired in about 30 minutes. He was very courteous. His assistant also helped out, and was also very professional. I appreciated both of them.
