We were very happy to see a Sears Technician coming out to fix our fridge..we had misdiagnosis from another company. Lew was quick to access the problem. Order parts and came back to install. He was friendly, and worked hard. We would recommend him to anyone. Actually when he came out the 1st time we asked his schedule. We were confident he would be able to do the job right. More companies should have an employee like Lew
