Jon was great. Having your oven possibly go down the week before Christmas can be quite stressful. Jon was able to explain the issues to me and determine what the best course of action would be. In addition to knowing his job, he was also friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend him!

One comment: not Mario's fault at all, but it would have been nice to know Sears home services was not authorized to perform whirlpool warranty work I did indicate to SHS that this was a warranted repair Frustrated that I had to pay a service fee that should be covered by whirlpool but is not covered
