Awesome!!!
Our dryer was not getting Dry/hot clothes were coming out wrinkly we had to dry our clothes, three times or more to get them dry. Frank came over fix the dryer replace something wrong and the dryer is so hot when you open the door the heat comes out our clothes come out dry wrinkle free fresh. He did an awesome job. Thank you, Frank.😃

Thomas did the diagnosis on our microwave and he was absolutely correct. I have no problem with Sears Warranty or their services all of the technicians and repairman and customer service people have been very professional and knowledgeable and the only problem is you need more people obviously the wait times indicate there could be more people working out in the field, but other than that, I have no problem and plan on continuing to utilize Sears warranty services on all my appliances, Your repair men are easy to speak with and have a good sense of humor. They try to make the unpleasant news as easy on you as possible. of all the warranties and representatives we've dealt with I believe your people to be some of the nicer that have come into our home and taken Care of our appliances

While we thought the leak was resolved it wasn't. After David left I ran a load of laundry. I now have the same issue. There is a shut off valve on water line and when opened it didn't leak but when starting the load it did. I did suggest having the water come into machine but David said you'd see water bubble up if it was still leaking. So I guess I'll need to waste another day and schedule another repair
