What does this mean -- "Review title?"
Great job! Leon was on time; prepared for the repair; used all the parts for our dishwasher that we had received; explained briefly the cause of the problem, and how he was carrying ouit the repair. He was done with what seemed like complicated repair work in less time than we expected. We were happy to have him in our home and impressed with his knowledge and ability to carry out relatively quickly the repair of our dishwasher! William Anderson

Kevin remained professional from the start. He called ahead of time to say he was on his way and he explained what might be the problem and what he would be doing. He then worked quietly until he was finished. When he was finished, he explained what he had done in a way that I could understand and then left. He stated if there was any problem I should could contact Sears. The whole process went smoothly.
