He was very professional, very polite, very informative and he knew right away. What was wrong with the washing machine? He was very helpful and directing me into what the next step is purchasing a new washing machine.

Our refrigerator has an issue with the filtered water dispenser and a leaking water valve in the back. Edward did a thorough inspection and diagnosed the problems quickly. He was accompanied by a trainee who appears to be on track to be a really good technician. Edward called FAHW to get a parts approval; however the approval codes he was given were not accepted. I will have to call the warranty company and they will have to order the parts. We'll see how it goes. We were impressed with Edward and his trainee Kash (?) and look forward to him finishing our repairs.

Dre Shawn was very pleasant and provided quality service. Unfortunately the AI assistance reflects poorly on the overall impression of Sears Home Services. The scheduled service day was changed numerous times causing the home owner change their schedule and wait from 8-5 on the days when the technician was not coming.
