He has been to my house before and has worked on my machine. He does a good job, in a timely manner, and informative of repair needing to be repaired. I only wish they would have parts on their truck and not have to wait 2 weeks for repair. Also old part and a little litter was left on floor I had to clean up. Not sure whose responsibility that is!!!

Chris came in and went right to work like he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately the parts people sent me bad and missing parts 😕 Chris was on the phone right away to rectify the problems and I was notified by my home warranty company shortly after he left to let me know the stove would be replaced because they can't get proper parts
