Tran was very helpful. Our gas oven was taking a while to heat and was emitting a strong gas odor. Tran quickly diagnosed the issue -- a faulty igniter. He replaced the part in the same appointment. Whole thing took about 30min. Oven works again!

Had service man come to look at my refrigerator to find out of a noise I keep hearing. He could not hear anything but said sometimes it's the compressor getting ready to go. So I will just wait until it no longer works. Was pleased with the service man's work.

It took a while to get it fixed but that is the warranty company's fault. Dennis had it fixed in about 20 minutes and it works perfect now. The only drawback is 2 weeks is a long time to wait when the part was there in one week.
