I will say I was satisfied with the service from Travis, but on the whole, I was disappointed with the out come. I was told that the refrigerator's faulty part was going to be replaced and it wasn't. I was told that the replacement of the part was going to be a much larger amount, and if I had it replaced the diagnostic fee would be waived. So as it is now I paid a fee for services that really wasn't what I expected. To have the part replaced I will need another service call unless I attempt to replace it myself, and my diagnostic fee will not be refunded if I should have your technician come out and install it. Also, the charge to have the faulty part replaced will cost nearly as much as a new refrigerator, something else I was not told. Also one of the other problems I inquired about when I set the appointment date, is still a problem with the unit now after the technician came out. Lastly there was a long puddle of water which came out of the refrigerator which I had not expected either, and should have been made aware of. Fortunately, I was able to clean the water up across the kitchen floor which were laminated floor tiles, luckily I got it dried up in time after we had come back from an outing after your technician had finished up his work. So in closing I will say I was not very satisfied with the work on a whole but give your technician good rating but, the overall service from your office I rate one star, and I do not know if I would recommend your service to anyone else considering how my appointment went, I feel I have been taken because of what was not done to meet my expectations.
