Not good experience overall- Dayton
Pierre was good. The scheduling and rescheduling multiple times and dates was very disruptive and disappointing. Customer service was not helpful even when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I will not be using your services again as we first contacted you Dec 19th letting you know we had received the ordered part. It is January 15 th and we had to go to the laundromat several times because our dryer had not been fixed. I would like to speak to a manager about this and request a refund of some amount for our time and inconvenience. Please have someone contact us. Pam Baugham 9377165520

Bryan has gone over and above what I normally expect. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Did a great job helping me get this dishwasher in check. Turns out the part that was needed, no longer is made. He worked with me to get the problem settled. He really knows what he was doing and explained it in terms I could understand. Texted me his number to make sure everything worked out well for me.
