Gregory S. is an absolute asset to Sears appliance repair. Gregory S., was friendly, efficient and capable while repairing the washer in our motorhome today. Gregory S. was an excellent communicator while he worked and was thorough in his repair from start to finish. When restacking the dryer to the washer Gregory S., made sure both washer and dryer were working correctly, before he completed his call. Gregory S., was the 3rd technician we had for the same washer issue, and he was the absolute best!!
