James is great! Professional, knowledgeable, helpful.
However, Sears Home Protection Warrenty program is worthless! I have been without a dryer since April2024. 27 phone calls, most with identical scripted answers, confirmation needed parts are unavailable, promise of $50 to cover laundry costs unfulfilled, and NO RESOLUTION. James, however is GREAT!

WE we got some confusion on timing, but he was able to come in afternoon and was quick and respectful, my home is a mess and he was kind and effective. We needed switches replaced on our range and henry knew exactly what to do and was gracious. Thank you so much. W we have a working stove!
