I scheduled on line and received next day service for a dryer that was not heating. Josh arrived timely and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the appropriate part and completed the repair promptly. I would definitely recommend the company.

Sears is not the same retailer we knew for decades, but this service call was great - It was easy to book and everything was managed from my phone. Nicholas was friendly and professional and knew everything about my 10-year-old machine. I will definitely book service through Sears again in the future!

Patricio arrived when he said he would, proceeded quickly and efficiently to empty and dismantle the freezer, and kept us informed of what he was doing as he went. He is obviously very experienced, and it was a pleasure to watch him take care of the problem.
