When it was necessary to move the stove away from the wall, he asked me to sign a blank screen. I said I could not sign the blank screen. His attitude shifted drastically and he was ready to leave. Finally he understood that I wanted to read what I was signing and let me read the document regarding moving the stove.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and took the time to really discover what was wrong with my machine. Ended up being such a small thing but a big problem. He even went to the extra mile when I told him that the machine worked too for some window cleaner and cleaned off Door so that the connection was good and the leaks wouldn't happen. He also explained after looking at the back of the machine that perhaps too much soap is being used because of How the back machine was cleaned. Of any repair man that I've ever had he has been the greatest.
