Elisha and his trainee did a great job! They were friendly and knowledgeable. Elisha was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and effectively. He did a thorough examination of the washer and said it was in great shape (except for the part that broke). Didn't try to fix anything that didn't need fixing. He's the kind of repairman that we don't see often enough these days. Would call for him again if I need him for another repair.
