Repair of washing machines
Tony was very knowledgeable about the washing machines. He talked me through the process of what had happened and explained how Sears would be able to help me. The time he took and his professional approach reassured me I was in good hands. I thank him for all he had done.

Even though Sears went belly up, they still honored the 5 year extended warranty I purchased. We've used that warranty a lot but Zach was above and beyond all expectations. He was professional and quick. He's evidently never been in the plumbing or electrical trades because I couldn't even tell he was here he did such a good job cleaning up any mess that was made during the repair.
