Clothes washer tepair
He was professional, friendly, helpful. The washer is 34 years old. A lot of crud had built up on the components. It couldn't have been fun working on it, but he never complained. While he was working on parts beneath the tub, I cleaned other parts. Everything went well.

Errol arrived in the afternoon and identified himself as the sears representative sent to install a new control board in our washing machine. He was courteous and friendly as he proceeded to remove the old control board, and install the new one that had been ordered and delivered days earlier. Once installed he preformed a diagnostic program on the new board, then re-calibrated the washing machine. Once the calibration was done he tested all the washer functions for correct operation. The last thing he did was to box up the old control board and take it with him, so no packaging or garbage was left behind. He said the machine was now good to go, and wished us a pleasant afternoon, as he headed off to his next repair. All repair men should be as pleasant to interact with.
