We are pleased with the work done by both of the men who came out to fix our 1997 Kenmore washer. They were polite and professional. The first young man came out to diagnose the issue. He called a friend who had more experience with older machines, who confirmed the likely problem and the parts needed. A few days later, after the parts had arrived, a different young man arrived to do the repair. He also checked with a friend who had more experience to be sure that he was going down the right path for fixing the washer with the new parts. I so admire both of these gentleman for reaching out to be sure they were on the right path with a washer as old as ours. Obviously, most of the washers they see are decades newer. These two young men did Sears Home Services proud.
