Once it got scheduled sooner than six weeks out, had parts after two weeks, it was completed very professionally by the technician. The scheduling was the problem, especially the virtual assistant who would change the schedule with me but never told anyone else, so I had to constantly change my schedule. As far as I could tell the virtual assistant served no purpose at all!
