Michael is the best repairman we have had. He was very professional and polite. He evaluated our washer and quickly determined the problem and what corrective actions needed to be taken. He was able to fix the washer without having to return.

Robert did an excellent job of discovering the real issue with the tub over filling . The problem that flooded my laundry room and leaked into the lower level was mis diagnosed as a fill dial problem ... it was a pressure hose that became detached. GOOD WORK ROBERT !

Brett was wonderful, patient, and took care in assessing what needed repairing on our washer. The only negative is he was not given the authorization to order both parts at the same time! Hence, he had to make a third trip. That's on the powers that be!!
