Pedrola knew what he was doing compared to the first technician we had. We have been without out a dryer for a month waiting for a part the first technician had outsourced which took 2 1/2 weeks to get to us after multiple calls and complaints. Then it was the wrong part. Pedrola checked the error codes on the dryer, went right to taking out the cpu unit only to find there was a loose wire in the unit that caused the dryer to stop working! The first technician we had just checked the power to the motor closed things up and ordered a plastic cover which wasn't correct. We are so thankful that Pedrola knew what he was doing. All of Sears technicians should be like Pedrola! Thank you!!!!
