Helpful and honest
My refrigerator was apparently fraudulently sold to me by PC Richard's. They had cut out the original compressor and wired in another - which started failing after 3 years and now does not cool at all. The tech was honest to at he could not guarantee that a new compressor would be a guaranteed fix and I would be better off getting a new fridge.
