Although I have ti have the same oart replaced over and over. Its always a pleasure to have Don be my service tech. I appreciate his time, he is down to earth and always lrese ts his findings in a clear concise and understabdable manner. Give him a raise!

Isadore did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem with our Whirlpool dishwasher. He was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, while the actual part was inexpensive, the total cost with the labor to repair it would be as much as a new dishwasher, so we opted to buy a new one. It's too bad that the rates were so high, we would have liked to have fixed it.
