I was very pleased with the job done by my repairman Luis V. I am not happy with the poor customer service. First of all get rid of that ridiculous automated voice system. Because of miscommunication on their part an electrician was scheduled to come out to my house instead of a repairman. I could not get a hold of a live person until after my scheduled appt. window had expired, then and only then was I given the option to speak with a live person. I had taken the day off of work and was waiting for 8hrs...for no reason, because no one was rescheduled to come out that day. When I was finally able to speak to someone, it was Karen(from India) who I could barely understand. I will never call Sears Home Service again for ANY service!

Washing machine started walking away when spinning. James diagnosed the problem over the phone after I sent him a short video. He ordered the parts to be shipped to me and came to install shortly after I received them. Excellent fast installation of suspension rods and I am washing again and machine is quieter than ever. Great job Jim!
