Bill was friendly, did a very good job and cleaned up after himself. He took extra measures to make sure the surface of my island was protected before using it as a work area. I was most impressed by the fact he called ahead to ask what issues we were having and then made sure to bring the parts we may possibly need. That way, he was able to wrap everything up in one visit!
