Gilbert was great, he was easy to work with and fixed my washer. I know my washer is older but will continue to use Sears Services to keep it as long as I can. I know many people with newer appliances and they have issues all the time. Back to Gilbert, he was on time and kept me updated for appointments and what was needed.
