Been dealing with getting my washing machine repaired (under extended Best Buy warranty) for a month. I've had 1 appt with another company. No show & no call. I've had 4 appointments with Sears. First one they rescheduled at the end of the day. 2nd one Carlos showed up but had to order parts. 3rd appt to install parts was rescheduled in the afternoon after taking another day off work. 4th appt Carlos showed up and got it working. Very pleased with Carlos. Not so much with others. 5 days taken off of work!! Ridiculous.

Dryer stopped heating and I called Sears and they were out the next morning and diagnosed a failed heating element. Dylan had the part that was needed and was able to make the repair and had everything back together and running in roughly an hour. Couldn't be happier with the service and how quickly it was all taken care of.

I was very impressed with the ease of scheduling my appointment at 9:00 pm the night before and Dan the repair person was here the next day at 8:00am. He quickly diagnosed my issue with my washer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly when explaining everything. Within an hour I was able to do laundry with no issues. Very pleased with this service!
