Terence came out today to try to resolve a leak in our water dispenser. He is honest and open with his diagnosis and recommendations, and I'm quite comfortable that he will not recommend repairs that don't need to be made. He presented a few options, and we agreed that I will get back to him after trying them. I'm grateful that Sears has such an experienced and caring technician - he's really someone I can trust!
